Your regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime hours possible during peak periods.

The wage range for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hour, based on your skills and experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• – Preparing and assembling stringers, risers and treads
• – Using hand tools and power tools
• – Sanding, veneering, cutting, gluing and finishing
• – Assisting with the movement of semi-finished and finished product

What you need to succeed:

• – General carpentry experience
• – Experience working with your hands, and with power tools
• – Experience finishing wood products is considered an asset
• – Capable of heavy lifting daily, and able to sand for long periods
• – Strong safety focus
• – Ability to work well as part of a team
• – Self-motivated, hardworking, positive
• – Attention to detail
• – Ability to communicate well in English

Please note that CSA-approved safety footwear is required – KOTT will provide other PPE
